Private by default
Every entry, category, tag, position, and interview answer you log is visible only to your account. This isn't a setting you have to find — it's enforced at the database level. No other member, and not even our team, can browse your journal.
Never sold, never shared
Your career records are not used for advertising, not sold to data brokers, and not shared with third parties. Your track record belongs to you.
AI that works for you alone
The AI features — interview answers, career reports, and coach drafts — are generated from your own entries, only for your use. Your data is never used to train models for anyone else or blended with other members' data.
Email you control
You'll only receive the reflection prompts you set up and an occasional gentle nudge if it's been a while since your last entry. Every prompt is opt-in and can be turned off any time from the Prompts page.
Safe payments
Subscriptions are processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Your card details are handled entirely by their secure checkout — they never reach our app.
Your control, always
Delete any entry whenever you like. If you ever want your account and data removed entirely, contact us and we'll take care of it.
