About TrackRecord AI

Your career, on the record.

We all have a track record. Most of us just don't have a good way to remember it.

Why I Built TrackRecord AI

Your experience doesn't disappear. The details do.

Over the course of a career, you make decisions, solve problems, hit targets, lead teams, handle difficult conversations, win customers, lose customers, and figure things out along the way.

You remember the big picture.

But the details, the ones that actually prove what you did, have a way of disappearing. They get fuzzy.

A number you hit. A customer you saved. A difficult decision you made. The situation behind a success. The mistake that taught you something.

Those experiences become part of your career, but eventually they're scattered across old emails, documents, notes, resumes, and, mostly, your memory.

TrackRecord AI exists because I didn't think that was a very good system.

The Founder Story

I'm a career sales professional and I've spent decades building a track record of my own.

I have the companies, titles, responsibilities, and accomplishments on my résumé.

What I didn't always have was the story behind them.

When I was asked questions like, "Tell me about a time you…" or "Give me an example of when…" I knew I had the experience. I just couldn't always pull the right example out of years of work and explain exactly what happened.

The problem wasn't a lack of experience.

It was a lack of recall.

That realization became TrackRecord AI.

More Than a Résumé

Your résumé tells people where you've been. Your track record tells them what you've actually done. It tells the stories, and stories sell.

TrackRecord AI gives you a system to capture the important moments of your career while they're still fresh.

Log the accomplishment. Capture the metric. Record the difficult conversation. Write down the decision and what happened next.

Over time, those moments become a searchable record of your professional experience.

And when you need to use that experience — whether for an interview, performance review, promotion, or simply to understand the career you've built — it's there.

What We Believe

Everyone has a track record.

A CEO has one.

A manager has one.

A salesperson has one.

Even a student has one.

Someone starting their first job is already building one.

The difference is whether that experience gets remembered, or gets lost.

We believe your career deserves a memory.

TrackRecord AI helps you build one.

Capture your work while it happens. Remember it when it matters.

TrackRecord AI

Your career, on the record.
